1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment:

  • Orders can be canceled within 8 hours of purchase, provided they have not been dispatched.
  • To request cancellation, please email us at info@saltswimwear.in with your order details.

After Shipment:

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • SALT Swimwear reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances, such as product unavailability, payment issues, or fraud detection. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

At SALT Swimwear, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to hygiene reasons. We encourage customers to carefully check product details and size guides before making a purchase.

Returns Are Accepted Only If:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • You receive an incorrect item.

How to Report a Damaged or Incorrect Product:

  1. Email us at info@saltswimwear.in within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  2. Attach clear images of the damaged/incorrect item.
  3. Once approved, we will arrange for a return pickup or provide return shipping details.
  4. After inspection, a replacement will be sent or a refund will be issued.

Note: Items must be unused, with original tags and hygiene stickers intact to qualify for a return.


3. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued only in the following cases:

  • The returned product is confirmed as damaged/incorrect.
  • The order was canceled before shipping.

Refund Process:

  • Once approved, the refund will be processed within 3-5 days and credited to the original payment method via Razorpay.

Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Change of mind or incorrect size selection.
  • Any product that has been worn, washed, or has hygiene stickers removed.
  • Sale items and gift cards.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank statement or contact your payment provider.
  • Refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect, depending on the bank or payment method.
